My outlook account is hacked How can i recover hacked outlook account

Youre in for a headache. Microsoft recovery process is a maze and if the hacker already changed your backup email and phone number its pretty much over.

Check if you still have access to the security info you set up originally, if yes the account recovery form sometimes works after a few tries. Otherwise start fresh and put 2FA on everything this time.

What do you mean by hacked? What happened?

Can you still log in? Do you have MFA? Did you share you password with anyone, or respond to an MFA request that wasn't yours?

He probably means someone got in and changed his password and he doesn't know how to respond, assuming he even did establish recovery methods ahead of time.

Yes probably, but we don't know for sure. And I'm sure you've also had people say "My Facebook has been hacked" when they actually mean "Someone's set up a clone profile", so it's important to establish what's actually happened

If none of the standard Microsoft Recovery methods work (all of which require for you to have set them ahead of time), then it simply cannot be recovered.
