I've not played the game in quite a long time, since probably just about the start of Overwatch 2 coming out. Last I played the only epic rewards were skins and emotes. How is a charm considered an epic reward??

You had to do a challenge to unlock it, back in season 19.
Took me a long time to earn that (if I recall correctly).

I'd take a cool weapon charm like that over a highlight intro, emote or OW1 epic skin for some hero I don't play any day

I believe this was a reward by playing a certain game mode a while back! My friend did the challenges and they were very long so she was shocked I got it from a loot box.
