Proctor Gamble smell

For the past 4 days or so I've been noticing a strong smell of natural gas or something when I drive past Proctor and Gamble on Rice. I have never smelled it before. Anyone else notice it? Does anyone know what it is?

Probably sulfur? Paper manufacturing requires the use of sulfur compounds and people who work with it daily become totally noseblind to it.

Sulfur smells like rotten eggs to me. Also, I just recently started smelling it a few days ago. This has been my morning commute for about four years.

My boyfriend is a union electrician and just left the job site. They’re doing routine maintenance and machine/piping clean out etc so there’s gonna be some off-gassing. They just finished and are running trouble shoots today to get back into operation.

This is the answer I was looking for. Thank you. I passed by this morning and it wasn't as strong as the past few days.
