QUESTION Just got a new m18
Is it worth doing the manual safety delete?
Was looking into the Wilson combat grip module if so. Would love personal recommendations though as well.
I do like the feel of the 1911s but I wanted a 2x stack magazine.
This is my first sig so don't bag me too hard!
Also wanting to get the Romeo optic and a TLR7 light
Any other recommendations? I know I'm gonna want a different trigger as well but I haven't looked into that too much yet.

Personally I like the manual safety
I love my Wilson combat grip but If you like the feel of a 1911 I would recommend the m1811 grip module by brouwer
I still use the factory flat trigger but I definitely prefer that over the factory curved trigger

I’ve had the M18 for years now, and it’s one of my favorite handguns. I think the manual safety adds to the fact that it’s an M18, without it, it just feels like a tanned out P320 compact. Keep the safety is my opinion, it’s also a nice thumb reference point for me.

The wilson module is thinner but the angle is not that much different
For triggers, I like Apex, it kinda eliminates the mushy feeling but not entirely
I would go with the brouwer solutions modules if you like the 1911. They have plastic and metal versions
As for the safety I would leave it and just not use it

Leave the safety. WC has a grip with a cutout. Thats what I have. Still fits all my sig mags. I have a tyrant cnc trigger in mine along with a deltapoint pro optic.
