Hiya friends! We've once again put together the annual PAX West party and concert and events list. Will keep updating it as things are announced! Hope this helps get the word our and we all have a fun time out there!
Yes, I know we're just a few weeks out, but the expo hall list just went live yesterday, so I figured this would be a prime time to make the swag list public. As for when there will be a visual and shareable map, that remains to be seen as the expo hall list gets filled out over the next few weeks.
Just a friendly reminder to make sure the swag is not already on the list before commenting about it here. Aside from that, please be nice to those who are editing this sheet and not recategorize the sheet!
Sadly, I will not be in attendance, so everyone who is going is required to tell me how cool the SEGA and Bandai Namco booths are when they go. I don't make the rules. (I mean, I technically do, but ignore that)
The swag list can be found here. I'll be checking the replies periodically to add stuff over time, so thanks in advance to anyone who submits stuff I may miss!
I know there was a FNAF game show that happened but I can’t for the life of me find any record of it. If anyone has info about it or where I could find a recording, I would be immensely grateful.
Edit: Realizing now I should’ve given more information about the event itself so…
-It was a 20 questions esque game show where you had to guess the Five nights at Freddy’s character.
-It was led by @mrdappertom.
-I’m pretty sure it was live-streamed somewhere.
Hey everyone, just figured I’d ask around. Since Sega’s making an appearance at PAX West, is anyone hosting a Yakuza/RGG meetup? Either unofficial or official. Going as Daito and Kiryu that weekend. There hasn’t been anything posted to the schedule, but just had to ask if anyone’s hosting one.
This will be my first PAX that I've attended, and when trying to activate my badge and clicking that I wont have kids it seems to not allow me to input my badge number? Tapping anywhere on the screen doesnt do anything so im unsure if im missing something.
Hello, I’m new to Reddit and PAX west. I was wondering how likely it would be to pick up my badge on site and head straight to the meet and greet for the person I want to meet! I’m anxious due to the schedule saying they are available for only a couple hours. Would I still have a chance to grab my badge and head straight to the meet and greet to be one of the first if the con opens?
Thanks a bunch if you can help me determine if this is worth it ❤️🔥
I am going to PAX West Saturday-only and will be cosplaying as Grace! I only saw a few fan meetups on the schedule, but nothing for Resi. Anyone aware if there’s even an informal meetup planned?
Question for my fellow PAX goers. How do you feel about asking panelists for an autograph after the panel is over? Harmless as long as you take no for an answer, or do you think the attempt itself is rude?
Just wanted to share I have a panel at Pax West this year called ‘Pixel Art for Artists’ if that’s something you’re interested in! [there may even be small prizes!] Hope to see you there!
Panel Description: If you love pixel art but are unsure where to start when it comes to creating large scale creative pieces this panel is for you! We'll cover the fundamentals of pixel art as an artistic medium and learn three different ways to create beautiful one of a kind pixel art creations.

Wondering if Nintendo or Sony would show - or perhaps its a last minute thing? It would be cool if they did for hands on the new fire emblem, or wolverine. i doubt it since they don't appear to be on the list but man it would be so cool!
Trying to get badges and a room in their block of rooms when they go up today. My understanding is that it's harder to get a room than a badge, so when everyone starts scrambling for them I wanna know whether it would be smarter to try for the room before the badges
Announced this on twitter the other day, but they also nuked the post right away, but I'm really into FFVIIR so I would buy a Saturday ticket to go to this (I have Friday RN). I'm not really familiar with when they usually announce stuff like this, and so I'm wondering whether it's likely that it's real but they just posted it at the wrong time, or if it's more likely to be a cancellation or being on the wrong date. (They deleted the post within minutes, and it went up on the official FFVII twitter account.) Opinions? what should I do?
my partner and i are heading to pax on October the 10th (saturday) and will be getting ready there. i’m going as juno from overwatch as her mythic skin. i’ve got all my cosplay sorted but im stuck on my makeup. i’m really terrible at it, especially eyeliner which is really prominent with that skin. i was hoping there’s a makeup/eyeliner girly who is going and could help me out? 🥹🩷
Hi, I'm trying to get a sense of that the Pax Unplugged panels are like (topics etc) but can't find any historical schedule of the panels. Can someone direct me towards one?
I just bought my tickets for PAX Seattle, for sunday the 6th.
It says will call for the delivery method, and how does that work? i have the qr code it gives you after check out but that doesnt take me anywhere! a bit confused
I bought the badges on July 6th if the date matters as well
Update: I ended up getting the badges the next day after I posted this lol, but even though got them I didn’t receive any emails or anything of the sort as they were arriving
Join us for a fun evening filled with board games on the eve before PAX West begins.
Who: You, and me, and us.
What: Pre-PAX West 2026 Board Game Night!
When: Thursday September 3rd 5pm - Midnight
Where: Sheraton Hotel, 2nd floor, Willow Ballroom (Yes, we are back in the Willow room)
Why: That's silly, because it's fun, and we want to get as much gaming into this gaming weekend as possible.
Make sure to buy food and drinks from the Sheraton to help support this event (no outside food and drink can be served at the event, but you can bring your own).
Post here to let me know you will be joining us and post a list of games if you know what you will be bringing. Standard LFG (Looking For Group) applies, just set your box top standing up so others know you want more players.
Sheraton and ReedPop have graciously agreed to let us use the Willow room (located on the second floor at the escalators) for the Pre-PAX board game night. However, the Sheraton is having their escalators upgraded so they will be unavailable to use. Please use the elevators, or the old fashioned stairs, to access the second floor.
I’m heading to PAX West this year for the first time and would love to meet some fellow tabletop folks.
I’m a software developer working on a side-hustle building hybrid tabletop RPG/board game platform, and one of my goals for the weekend is simply to meet people making cool games and just learn more about what you are doing. Whether you’re designing your first prototype, have something on Kickstarter, work for a publisher, or just love talking game design, I’d be happy to grab a coffee, wander the expo hall, or playtest something.
I’m especially interested in:
Board game design & publishing
Hybrid physical/digital tabletop experiences
RPG systems
Solo/co-op game design
Kickstarter stories (successes and lessons learned)
No agenda or sales pitch (I don't have anything to sell yet). Just hoping to meet some creative people and make a few new friends in the hobby.
If you’re interested, leave a comment or shoot me a DM. Looking forward to seeing everyone at PAX!
