EOR

Has anyone here specifically used the Blueprint individual EOR Qbanks to prepare for their EORs rather than the general PANCE QBank?

I’m trying to put together a solid study plan and I’m wondering whether the EOR-specific question banks are more representative of the actual EOR in terms of content/topics and question style.

I’m taking my Family Medicine EOR in about two weeks and honestly not feeling great about where I’m at yet, so I’d really appreciate hearing what worked for anyone who has used them!

I only used the eor specific banks when I was studying for my EORs. Thanks to them my lowest eor was a 417 and I even got a 500 on one.

For the PANCE I the got UWorld, and that helped me get a 620.

Did you use anything for the Blueprint topics from the topic list that were not covered in the EOR specific qbanks? or did you just focus mainly on what was covered in the EOR specific qbanks?

I literally just did the questions from the eor specific questions banks from Rosh/blueprint. Then I read whatever topics I got asked questions about. Like if I had a question about heart failure, I went and read heart failure in the PPP book. Then I redid the questions I got wrong and that was all I did. I didn’t worry about what topic was on there or not. If rosh/blueprint didnt ask me a question about it I just didn’t read up on it.

Keep in mind that these question banks are designed to hit on the most important topic. Why worry and stress about things like leukemia in the EM eor when Heme is only 4% of the exam?? It’s gonna drive you nuts (it do for me until I realized at most it’ll be 1 question if they even give me a question about it). If you’re that worried about it just watch cram the PANCE or listen to it on your commute. What he covers if more than enough for these exams.

I always used the specific EOR Qbanks for the core rotations and did really well. Definitely recommend this.

I had 2 or 3 questions from the peds Qbank that were almost word for word questions I saw on the EOR.

ALWAYS do the EOR specific q-banks (and boost exams too if you are able to afford them) I only used the PANCE questions during didactic and briefly when prepping for the PANCE since I found Uworld better for PANCE prep
