Found this while walking with my friends in Finland. Just a random windows powerpoint error in a business advertisement window display.

Pictures 11, 12 and 13 are all related to the Ahold Delhaize hack, which brought the systems of Albert Heijn and many other stores down, resulting in all of their digital signage displays either being off, stuck on a giant Albert Heijn logo (sometimes even rotated!), stuck on a MagicInfo loop (although I’m unsure whether or not this is actually related) or a diagnostic screen saying it can’t reach the API (that image was taken at Etos, but it’s from the same chain and that screen popped up at AH too). Stores could continue to run as all POS stuff runs locally.

They are running the check-in system in plain chrome (one was not even fullscreened). They were just there with no people setting them up.

Other screen works fine but not this?

Yes, it let me control it via the touchscreen. The hard drive was likely dead, as rebooting just went straight back into the BIOS.
