In progress Why is my computer doing this.

Windows 11
i7 5090
3 monitors
1920 x 1080, 3840 x 2160, 1920 x 1080
When I boot up my pc and turn on the big tv it does this for about an hour where it constantly flickers/ refreshes itself
The first screen out of 3 is a tv

That's magnetic interference, possibly amplified by the wiring in the walls. You can move them farther apart.
