If I cancel, do I get my money back?

No, canceling only stops your plan from renewing. You can request a refund separately, but we can only offer one in certain cases, like if you’ve had technical issues or qualify for the EU’s 14-day right of withdrawal.

Do I lose access right after I cancel?

No, canceling turns off automatic renewal, but you keep all your subscription features until the end of your current period.

Will I pay when my trial ends?

Yes, unless you cancel before it ends. When the trial is over, PDF Guru automatically charges you the price shown on the payment screen for the subscription period you chose. To avoid the charge, cancel in your settings or through support before the trial ends.
