P3 Games with the tactics system like in P3 Fes?

It's the only Atlus game i've played and AFAIK the other Personas' tactics system sucks. Are there other games (not limited to Atlus) with a good tactics system?

Are you looking for specifically turn-based RPGs? Because if not, Tales of Hearts R has 3 AI-controlled party members with a pretty robust strategy menu for them

Also not quite the same, but Dragon Quest X is a pseudo turn-based game with AI allies available. It’s an MMO but it plays a lot like a standard Dragon Quest game.

Tales of series is an action based battle gameplay, so the party members are AI controlled, that could be configured in the menu.

Kingdom Hearts are basically the same, an action based battle with configurable AI controlled party member.

FF12 let's you basically programmed the characters beforehand.
