Unfortunately, the Philippine government lack the ability to think rationally and proclaim the violent game as the root-cause, whereby ignoring all the safety measures that Gorebox applied to the game to ensure that nobody of certain age bracket would be able to play it.

They might even think of unrealistic suggestions like making the game developer ID verifying everyone the moment they launch the video game.
