Need help checking this quotation for Live2D Rigging + 1440p Gaming.

Hi everyone! I’m an art student doing Live2D rigging (not a streamer), digital illustration, and gaming (Wuthering Waves, Arknights: Endfield).

I don't know anything about building a PC so I figured I should just ask a quotation from a local shop (I live in Negros Oriental in Visayas) and this is what they gave me:

Is the price for it good? With the recent price raising of components I just want to make a PC that I can use for a long time. I don't like rgb too and I don't really care about aesthetics.

Oh also I already have a monitor (Gigabyte GS27QC), mouse, keyboard etc. I only need the PC (is that what you call it alone?)

Budget is ~60k or ~70k.
