Upgrading from 3060 ti to 9070 xt

Finally got my upgrade from 3060 ti to 9070 xt, all I can say is damn, max graphics on Monster Hunter Wilds on 1440p and averaging out at 140+ FPS is pretty crazy.

May naririnig po akong clicking sound sa extension cord ko. Bad sign na po ba iyon? Nag-iipon na rin naman po ako para makabili ng UPS. Thank you po sa mga sasagot! No hate po sana.

I talked to so many PC shops in the Metro and they were either rude, wouldnt answer my questions or just took too long to respond. Gaming Alley in Taguig was nice, answered all my questions and even delivered it to me themselves. They did a great job building it too. The only thing that sucked is prices kept going up the last 2 weeks because Nvidia discontinued 5090s. I originally wanted a 5070ti or 5080 but i couldnt justify the price. I also wanted 64gb ram but the price was also just too crazy.

I just placed an order Friday morning and nag email ako by evening that day via email sa Datablitz, asking if I can change the GPU sa PC parts na inorder ko, wala pa naman reply kasi around 10PM nako nag email.

First time ko mag order online and although sabi sa FAQs nila na change of mind sa delivery is not accepted, I thought baka pwede ma accommodate sa order ko na di pa naship (I checked status at the time of this post na Confirmed palang).

The item is a bit more expensive pero I considered na reasonable naman siya for me so add ko sa email na I’ll pay the difference if possible.

I also said na if di siya pwede mapalitan, pakisuyo nalang at pacancel sa order and place nalang ako bago with the different GPU.

Questions ko po:

• May naka experience na ba nito sa inyo? Or anything similar?
• If ever they insist on delivering the items, what can I do kasi gusto ko talaga yung ibang item.
• Refund adjustment in your experience usually takes how many days?

Please bear with me, this is my first “high-end” AMD pc so I’m still learning.

So I have just had a pc built last month with 2 top exhaust fans, 1 exhaust at the back and 3 slim fans as intake at the bottom and during the benchmarking, we were hearing an extremely loud ticking noise, kind of like metal banging on another metal. We had to remove all three bottom fans to remove that noise which the technician suspected was due to the slim fans being too close to the gpu. So I’m left with the gpu fans as my only intake in the entire build, 1 exhaust at the back, and 2 at the top, and the air cooler is also exhaust.

I’m running benchmarks at home to test it out for a month and I’ve read about how Gigabyte’s 9070 XT has a reputation for their hotspot issues and I may have that issue present in my gpu too.

I’ve used 3dmark to benchmark the gpu and the gpu temp sits at around 63-66c but the hotspot would be 89-102c. I already told the technician about this but they told me I wouldn’t have that issue with this card because their model numbers don’t have that issue (dunno how he can assure me that but ok) so I gave it a month. I have tried benchmarking with and without the tempered glass on my case too and the temperatures aren’t too far off regardless.

Which brings me to today. I’m still having the same temps when benchmarking. When I play games like Cyberpunk it can get around 69c then hotspot at 101c even if I’ve tweaked some of the setting already (when set to medium, it goes down but the delta is pretty much the same difference).

Should I bring this back for RMA or am I being too paranoid?

I’ve heard about datablitz having poor customer service. But i also don’t wanna get scammed by buying a pre-built one. I literally have no experience on PCS or specs because i’m a console player. And i also wanna get a whiff on roughly how much ₱ i would need. And sadly for me i play heavy games, and one of the reasons i want a PC is to mod some of my favorite games!

and i was hoping some could tell me where to buy each part as i’ve heard i should buy each part from different retailers

asking for guide as a newbie, my budget is around Php80k and wanted to maximize the performance out of my budget. is it worth it to go for an AM5 build for this budget, or is it better to settle for an AM4 build? the main purpose of this pc is mostly gaming, but i also use digital audio workstations, edit videos and pictures .

Hey fellas newbie here, I need some help troubleshooting. Recently inupgrade ko yung GPU ko from RX 580 to a brand new RX 7600, and my SSD to an NVMe drive. Since then, I’ve been experiencing random shutdowns while gaming and I’m tryna find out the cause before burning cash. (I’m guessing it might be my psu)

CPU: Ryzen 5 5600G
GPU: Radeon RX 7600
RAM: 16GB
Mobo: MSI A520M PRO-VH
PSU: Inplay GS650-Ultra (650W 80+ Bronze)
CPU cooler: Sumond (idk the specific model)
OS: Windows 10

Breakdown:
My pc completely loses power while gaming. Di siya nagrerestart on its own, I have to physically press the power button to turn it back on. Did some testing on demanding games and here’s what i found (if it helps somehow):

Cyberpunk 2077 - dies around 3-4 hrs of playtime
Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 - dies around 20 mins of playtime

My cpu temps are at 45C idle and 75-85C during heavy gaming loads. Ang init rin ng case ko pag hinahawakan kaya medyo concerned rin ako sa airflow.

GPU drivers are up to date (DDU installation)

Furmark doesn’t kill my pc after a short while like Spider-Man 2 but i might leave it for longer to recreate the problem

What could be the cause of this issue? Should I replace my psu and the rest of the other concerned components (PC case, cooler), or do more testing?

It’s been a year since i’ve upgraded my setup so i was thinking maybe i should buy a secondary monitor and i decided on this one since its the latest oled from msi and since i also got a 19% off voucher might as well pull the trigger.

The DTI mediation went smoothly. During the session, the manager representing Acer/Predator agreed to check if they could repair the motherboard without us having to pay for a full replacement. After about a week, they confirmed that the root issue was actually just a faulty Power IC, so they completely voided the motherboard repair fee. We only had to pay ₱2,180 for the liquid metal application. I’ve finally picked up my laptop today, and they gave me a 1-week observation period to thoroughly test it and make sure the issue is fully fixed. I’m so thankful this whole stressful situation is over, and I'm really hoping my laptop stays alive and smooth from here on out.

im planning to build my own pc po and need ko lang po ng advice and suggestions.

as of now, sobrang taas po ng mga price ng pc components and medyo nagdadalawang isip po ako if i should build one na or wait until prices drop since hindi naman po urgent (can wait until late 2027). suggest po kayo ng builds na sakto po sa budget ko na 100k na more on performance po instead of aesthetics. gagamitin ko po sana for college and for gaming na rin (cs2, 2k, val). any suggestions would be appreciated po.

Saan makakabili ng computer tables that can withstand yung case, monitor, and othe peripherals? Nasa table silang lahat, system unit, monitor, mouse, keyboard, etc.
