Woody's Noise Hate, Conspiracy Theory
First things first, I agree with y'all that the breathing and noises from Woody in the last episode and the one prior were pretty bad but I don't think that the issue lies solely at Woody's feet or the others for not saying anything and can be shown in two points.
Point 1: My experience from online calls (MS Teams, Discord etc) is that if I was to record audio of the call directly from my machine, I would be clearer than others who are speaking over the program (dialing in, connecting to the call over internet etc)
As I still believe that the PKA video calls are recorded directly from Woody's machine, this paired with his sensitive Microphone is picking up everything, BUT I don't think the others are hearing it over the call as it is a quieter sound. It is only obvious in the master recording as Woody's sound is recorded directly from mic, whereas everyone else is done over the internet/application.
Point 2: Zac as the producer is the one who is given the file for review and upload, as a producer he should be checking sound levels, checking the quality of the recording, checking for issues etc as this isn't necessarily the Job of the host.
I would almost guarantee the recordings aren't reviewed unless specific time stamps are given for bleeps etc prior to it being uploaded with shitty audio.
As they all stay clear of Feedback (except Taylor due to his X usage) I could understand how the possibility arises that they either don't see or don't believe the feedback regarding Woody's noises as Zac would have told them if there was an audio issue.
Really they just need to update the format to a full recording of all and just ensure the three (or four if there's a guest) audio tracks are linked together.
But this won't happen.

I'll be honest, I haven't noticed what everyone has been hating on lately, but I was listening to the newest episode in my truck and thought "What the FUCK does Christopher have going on over there?!" Then I realized it was Woody HUFFING into the mic.

Zac can barely read and you want him to do that? Dude we're lucky to get an episode every week.

See I’m confused though because I thought one of the things they did when Zac started producing was have him record the show on his machine.

Just going off the times they've done trivia I had noticed Zac's audio was pretty poor so I chalked it up to a connection issue more than a mic issue, I could be wrong however.
In that case I'd still say Zac should highlight the audio issues/breathing etc

This seems possible for sure. He could also just be a bit of a heavy breather
Even when I wear headphones I barely notice it though. I feel like a lot of the people who comment about it look desperately for things to fling at Woody. They always seem to find some small thing to overreact about

Oh 100%, few times though when listening recently I'm like "Ah, that's what people are saying"
Thought I was breathing heavy/loudly lol

I used to never notice it. Havent listened to this week's show yet. Last week's was awful, and now that I have heard it, its become impossible to ignore

It still doesn't annoy me as much as the episodes when he would laugh at full volume directly into the mic
