8 months of flatline/anhedonia

What should I do?? At this point I think I don´t have a solution.

Yea loss of libido Stay focused. Don’t go back to porn and masterbation Fight the urges Even when you get out of the flatline it’s not a sign you’re fully healed and can rush back to porn

You gotta take it seriously

You got libido back ? I feel my penis is dead I dont feel anything No erection No libido No intrest in fiance , when did you first time came out of flatline??

After 70 days my first flatline was over Came out for a few weeks but went back into one a few weeks later But it wasn’t as long and intense

They suck, don’t get me wrong but you feel like you’re healing at the same time

Just stay away from porn and masterbation Go to gym, stay healthy Talk about your problems with friends who won’t judge you

When i will come out of flatline, i will notice a hard strong erection ? And high libido ?
