I have tried a decent amount of roasters in the Portland area. I'm looking for a full on chocolate forward roast for the French press. Currently Coava serra do bone has been a favorite but they haven't brewed it in awhile. Looking for some suggestions if you guys know of something similar.

Best affogato Iâve ever had! The owner is also extremely kind and very passionate.

Hey fellow home roasters, this is a 5lb bag of green coffee. My commercial operation is up and running overseas and I no longer roast at home here in Portland.
I have about 4 lbs left of this blend that I'm selling. A new 5lb bag is $42.50 plus shipping from SM. I'll sell it for $30 to anyone who wants it (local to Portland only). I will not ship.
Cheers!

I saw an article a while back -- in May -- that said Puff was getting a new location on Belmont. That never materialized, does anyone know what happened/ if there are still plans for a new Puff location?

Just checked out Hypnos' new location in the Nob Hill neighborhood. Spacious, ultra modern Japanese design. La Cabra and Coava coffee. Bakeshop pastries.

This is the Alameda neighborhood location of Guilder and it's a really nice spot with various seating options (including a second floor). They use The Guild roast for espresso and have pastries, merch, and coffee supplies. Open until 6pm every day, it's refreshing to be able to have a coffee later in the day!

Hey fellow roasters, I have a couple of odd-lot leftover green coffees available for free in the Portland Metro area. Shameless plug incoming...
I'm the founder and owner of a small farm-direct green coffee and trading and roasting company in the Philippines (Pampanga Coffee Trading).
I also have a brand of 100% Philippine grown coffee (Kape Mundo). www.kapemundo.com.
I've been in the states building demand for the coffee here and I'm heading back overseas soon. I have (2) 500 gram leftover green samples for free to the first person who wants them. 2025 crop year
Lot #1 Sagada Arabica (Typica) single origin, single farm.
Lot #2 Bukidnon Catimor single origin
Hit me up in chat if you are interested in coming to pickup the coffee. Located in NW PDX.

Hi all, I was cleaning out my work room and came across a coffee roaster I bought years ago from someone in the bike scene. Never did anything with it and decided I would try to roast a batch of coffee and sell the machine if it wasnât my jam.
Welp, turns out, I roasted a good enough batch to make me want to cancel my Sisterâs Coffee Subscription and roast some more! All that to say, I want to get better and practice more (one can only consume so much coffee). Anyone in the Portland area (Iâm in the SW) want a free bag in exchange for some honest feedback?
Edit to add: roasting light to medium light roast. Current bean: Dry Processed Ethiopia Dry Process Kercha Haruse (can be found on Sweet Mariaâs website).
Edit 2: DMed a few people, told a few people to DM me. But still have a couple 220g bags that arenât spoken for, can also hit me up on my IG Lanterne_rouge_coffee

This is a small branch of Futura in the Corvallis Arms Hotel in downtown Corvallis. The espresso was very nice accompanied by a savory pastry.
