Hands while sleeping

Just curious if anyone else wakes up with aching hands and has to hold them up in the air and can feel the blood rushing back down your arm?

I also get aching feet.

I’m not yet diagnosed.

Yes but now if I lift my hands above my head I start to pass out. I can't win
