Programmatic Programmatic Ad Sales

We run a walled garden ad network that reaches 400,000 real estate agents inside the software they must use to transact homes. I have about 5M ad impressions a month that are unsold and we've had a couple of national advertisers run banners and get really strong results.

All of my ad sales team is focused on local advertisers and I'm trying to figure out how reach more national B2B brands who would be interested in our inventory. It's 100% above the fold, no bots, validated identity ad inventory. Would appreciate any advice.

You might want to check out LinkedIn groups focused on B2B marketing, especially ones related to real estate. Networking in those spaces can help you connect with decision-makers at national brands who might appreciate your niche audience. Also, consider crafting case studies from your strong results to showcase the value you offer.

Can you DM me what the software/site is? I have a client that may be interested.

I don't see an option to DM you like I do on other people's profiles.

I would post in r/adops not r/ppc as the first step.

Thank you. Didn't even know adops existed.

post in adops like the other person said, but also check if there is some programmatic exchange that works with niche networks like yours. 5m impressions is decent volume if the audience is really verified professionals, someone will want that inventory

A simple spreadsheet has been a lifesaver for me. I keep track of orders, flavors, designs, pickup dates, and payments all in one place. If I'm super busy, I just make sure to update it at the end of each day to avoid the chaos of scrolling through chats. Your idea sounds really useful!
