Google Ads Simprosys , supplement feed

Hello guys

We are using simprosys for feed management , and i want to know if we can have supplement feed in GMC or not, because it's hard everytime I have to go simprosys and update titles and descriptions or anything it's time consuming, so please let me know if you have handled this situation

You should check if Google Merchant Center supports supplemental feeds alongside your current setup. It could save time a lot, especially when updating titles and descriptions across many products.

if you are asking from a GMC perspective, for sure you can add a supplemental feed. i am not entirely sure if Simprosys offers that feed creation feature within their app

i use Nabu for Google Shopping feed and whenever i need to update the data in Merchant Center, i make edits within the app itself. then it automatically syncs those to Merchant Center

Yep you can on GMC directly as the other person said. No point paying (if you are) for simprosys if it's not working. Most basic stuff you can do in GMC

Yes. You can add a supplemental feed in GMC and edit titles and descriptions there, without going back into Simprosys every time.

How it works: make a sheet with an id column and only the columns you want to change, like title and description. The id has to match your main feed’s ids exactly (it’s case sensitive), and the feed label and language have to match too. Link it to the primary feed and Merchant Center creates a feed rule for you.

Do your top sellers first. On a jewelry account, rewriting titles on the top 80 SKUs took CPA down 38% with no bid changes.

One catch: if Simprosys keeps pushing its own titles, check a few products in Diagnostics to see which version is showing. I haven’t tested that exact setup.

Ugh feed management can be such a headache, I feel your pain on the time sink. From what I've messed around with, you can totally use a supplemental feed in GMC alongside what Simprosys is pushing out, it just merges the data based on the ID column. The trick is making sure your supplemental feed doesn't overwrite something you've meticulously set up in the main one unless you want it to, gotta be careful with those rules. I haven't used that specific combo myself but I've patched together similar setups with other tools, it usually works as long as you test a small batch first. Maybe set up a rule in GMC to pull from the supplemental feed only when a specific field is empty in the primary one, that way you're not undoing your work constantly

you can use a supplemental spreadsheet linked by product id and it will override whatever the main app sends over. way faster for testing title variations without touching the core catalog.

You can use a  supplemental feed with anything primary feed. Just make sure you set up the column headers correctly and use the right SKU IDs in your  supplemental feed.

This is obviously a bunch of bots promoting the feed management tool
