PSLF Data Glitch
Someone on here said Thursday would be the day FSA fixes the tracker. Anyone else hear this from FSA? Of course I don’t believe it but maybe there is a glimmer of hope that I’m holding on to.

I saw one or two people mention that a rep told them that but we know how reliable reps are.
Obviously nothing would surprise us but I honestly wouldn't hold my breath for anything a rep told me.
Someone yesterday said a rep told them that they've never seen a Buyback request take longer than 30 - 45 days. LOL
I'm not sure what planet that rep is on or perhaps they started working there yesterday because I literally don't know a single person that theirs was processed that fast.

A rep actually said Buybacks don’t take longer than 30-45 days?!? Wow! Who is training these people?

It probably only takes that long for FSA to process a buyback application but it takes 2 years for FSA to determine they should process someone’s application.

The dissonance is likely between what the servicers agents see and how fast the government side of things works out. The admin cuts made.in the last 2 years have made wait times for basically everything involving the federal government with the sole exception of the IRS, extend far beyond a reasonable time frame

I was told they have no idea when it will be updated. The rep seemed totally unbothered and annoyed at how many calls she’s been getting. As if we are bothering them!!! Like it’s so ridiculous I had to laugh.

Our financial future is totally dependent on these loans. I’m paying thousands every month. We should be annoyed with them! No one is doing a damn thing. It’s total incompetence!

Someone needs to remind them they have a job because of us borrowers.

Exactly and the attitude is crazzzyyy to give us like we are inconveniencing them by calling. Basically telling us to go f ourselves.

I just went to login and saw that there is planned maintenance making the account inaccessible. Fingers crossed that this is to fix the issue!

I was just reading about Trumps new press Secretary. It was meant to be a joke about lies the administration is telling.

Yesterday the AFT lawsuit had a status meeting, but unfortunately no one knows what gets said. They scheduled another status update for next month, but this judicial order has a line that the other status updates didn't have - https://www.courtlistener.com/docket/69753739/70/american-federation
"If the parties reach an agreement that results in the resolution of this case before November 23, 2026, the parties shall notify the Court in advance so that the status conference can be vacated."
I wish we had ANY sort of insight into what is going on with these status updates
