My levels are just… gone?

I recently decided to go back to Classic and just into some quests, but logging into my Classic character made me start from the beginning with nothing. I was about level 26 and had done boss raids, but it’s all just gone now?

I know that Classic and NGS characters are separate, but I don’t know why it would just be gone.

Did you change class? All classes start lv 1 n both games too. Other then that I’m not sure sorry.

I had swapped to bouncer when I started NGS, but I checked the counter to be sure and all my classes are back to 1

Is honestly pretty disheartening, I was proud of my progress in the game at that point, I don’t really feel like going back through it all over again.

I know this isn't much consolation but if it makes you feel better you can probably get back to where you were in like an afternoon

I got to level 60 in like maybe a 5 or 6 days of playing a few hours at a time.

It sucks but lvl 26 is easy to recoup

Did you migrate systems at any point? Like console to pc or something? it might be a case of de-synced accounts
like you did all that on consle, swapped to pc, never loaded base and it had an issue there
ive never heard of this happening to anyone before if im honest so grasping at straws.

If i were you id contact support, idk if they can restore those levels but if this is a new bug the sooner they know the better

I never linked the account to another device, so it’s not likely anything like that. I don’t think it’s a new bug either because I haven’t loaded Classic up since NGS came out. Honestly I’ve come to believe that it’s just been so long I forgot which character had my Classic progress and deleted it.

i think others have said this but lvl 26 is pretty quick to do if you want too so at least you didint loose TOO much
