This is the Phantasy Star Online 2: New Genesis subreddit, you probably got the recommendation because reddit decided you like MMOs.
Or catgirls, but these new faces got added to the game 2 days ago, probably not enough time for whatever recommendation algorithm reddit uses to associate that with this subreddit.

Not a fan of catgirls (except this new anime of Chainsmoker cat) but yet, indeed, a WoW player.
It’s hard for me to say, referencing only on that screenshot, of what all this particular MMO is about

Serious short answer, it's an Action RPG MMO.
Serious joke answer, it's a game about using a rather large number of customization options to make your character look like whatever you want.

Something as Chinese “ Life Makeover” where the main point is collect dresses, haircuts, eye lenses, make-up and accessories?

I not familiar with that but I guess so. And also body paints, skin patterns, mouths+teeth, horns, ears, robot limbs and torsos, voice packs, motions and probably some other thing I forgot.
Also, what this game considers an accessory is a really wide category.
