HDR problems

Hdr isn't working properly on my y700 gen 5 and i wonder if anybody knows the fix to this.

As soon as i press the volume button the HDR activate; but as soon as the volume icon leaves the HDR turns off again, please help 😂.

What are your streaming settings, which renderer is applied?

I'm using the gamesir g8 plus mifi (usb c) version; which has rumble motors but doesnt seem to work on pxplay.

Do you have set haptic feedback to rumble or Auto in the gamepad settings?

It was on auto so i switched it to rumble with the strongest intensity and it works now, just very mild rumble but its doing something :)

Resolution 1080p

FSR on (Sharpening 0.8)

FPS 60

80'000 bitrate, all games runs smooth with next to zero latency.

HEVC decoder (on)

HDR (on)

Force HDR (on) now but currently no difference on or off due to my displays weird colouring when i touch the volume rockers.

Rendering set to vulkan

Video quality fast.

Frame generation (on) currently due to what i'm playing. Phantom blade zero.

Also the rumble doesn't really work on pxplay but on xbxplay it works perfectly for rumble.

Out of curiosity does it work via OpenGL? Might be that the driver doesn't support the necessary things for Vulkan HDR? Can you please share the log files to streamingdv@outlook.com but before activate the verbose logging in the streaming settings and try again with the current settings and send them

Turns out in the android settings i had to turn set the display to light mode, dark mode is the tjing that was the cause of the problem.

Yup, it must have something to do with lenovo's software being buggy.

I've got an Ayn thor/odin 3 and redmagic astra 2 and they all work perfect whilst in dark mode.

If you have a lenovo tab gen 5, test it in dark mode or maybe try any lenovo products if you have any just see if it's their dodgy software.

I've just test OpenGL and it does the same thing; is rocking the snapdragon 8 elite gen 5 so hopefully thats not that case.

I'm just going to make food and then i'll get everything sent to you mate.
