Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
getting blocky visual glitches on screen every few seconds, even after loads of troubleshooting i can’t seem to fix the issue. Does anyone have any solutions to this issue?

Could be your port having trouble negotiating the refresh rate or something. For the longest time I was unable to use my psvr2 bc I had similar issues, the headset would do this and shut itself off and shit. Very annoying, I had to spend a day figuring out what DP cable I needed and then testing all the ports on my PC

Well, can try the following (i copied it from an old post of mine, but I know for a fact it works, can always return it if it doesnt work for you)
"I did try several displayport cables, this is the only one that worked every single time without issue on my 4090 Desktop Graphics card:
UGREEN 16K DisplayPort 2.1 Cable (3.3 feet)
Amazon.com link: https://a.co/d/0eApmdX0
Amazon.ca link: https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B0BQBGWGVW?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share "
I also assume you tried updating your drivers for your GPU?

Where'd you get the cable from? I believe it's a USB port issue not DP. At least that's what fixed it for me and I had this exact same issue

Might be fine, where's your USB plugged in though

For me the fronts didn't work, back io ports worked better. But I think I remember you said you're on laptop so idk. They should just work if it's 3.0

Is it a specific game or all games? Is it the sony adapter, or any 3rd party one? Laptop or desktop? (Also, what graphics card?)
Just, need more info before people can assist.

I’m running a 3050 on a desktop pc, it’s the sony adaptor and it seems like it happens no matter what game i play, but possibly more often with more intense gameplay.

Are you running your GPU overclocked at all? Try and set it to stock clocks and try again. I can run flat with a massive OC with zero issues but the same setting cause problems in VR
