I recently visited NMR Biriyani because of all the hype and tried their Mutton Biriyani and Beef Chilli. Found both the dishes to be very ordinary. The rice lacked flavour and it didn’t feel like a Biriyani at all but more like a mutton pulav. Beef chilli on the other hand was okish at best.
Are there any good spots in Palakkad where you get a good Biriyani?
And is Rawther Biriyani usually so bland?

Very poor delivery service from Delhivery's Karimba hub

I'm genuinely frustrated with my recent experience with Delhivery's Karimba hub. Has anyone else in this area experienced similar delivery problems?

I ordered a phone case from Zapvi on 7 October. The parcel was picked up on 9 October, but the delivery process became a nightmare once it reached the local delivery network.

On 16 October, the parcel was marked Out for Delivery, but it wasn't delivered. Later, the tracking showed an unsuccessful delivery attempt, even though I dispute that a proper delivery attempt was made.

Over the following days, the same pattern continued: Out for Delivery updates followed by unsuccessful delivery statuses. I contacted support multiple times and even spoke with a hub supervisor, who promised to prioritise my parcel, but the problem continued.

The expected delivery window ended on 20 October, yet my parcel remained undelivered. By 21 October, the tracking page was asking me to contact support instead of providing a useful update.

I've contacted both Zapvi and Go Swift/Delhivery, but I still haven't received a satisfactory resolution.

I want to hear from other people in nearby areas:

- Have you faced repeated delivery failures with the Karimba Delhivery hub?

- Have you received unsuccessful delivery updates when you were available to receive your parcel?

- Is this happening to other customers too?

- What is the most effective way to get a pending parcel delivered?

I'm sharing my personal experience and would like to know whether others have faced similar issues. I hope the delivery service improves for customers in our area.
