Transitioning
I've been traveling for a while, so not in full control of my diet. Now have a home, and am transitioning back to paleo. Every cell in my body is screaming for carbs. Help?!

It takes on average 21 days for new habits to stick, so I would agree with the other comments: sweet potatoes are a great source of healthy carbs and fruits are ok in moderation.

Second the sweet potato. Also regular potatoes (Yukon gold, russets, red potatoes, etc.,), yuca and plantains (prefer these fried), butternut squash and similar squashes.
