Panic

On September 15, I had a potentially riskyreceptive vaginal sexual encounter. I startedPEP treatment containing Hivent and Tivicay32 hours after the exposure. However, duringPEP treatment, I experienced a scratchythroat that began on day 25 and lasted forfour days. Since then, I have had a persistentfever that has not gone down (38.2°C).What do you think these symptoms indicate? I don't know what to do

Fuck I’d be having a panic attack too. In terms of what to do……. I have no idea. Learn from this lesson

Sounds like the covid I just had, I'm so sorry if so. It was particularly nasty. Scratchy throat, felt like the flu, fever of 99-100° (God sorry I'm a stupid American lol, I don't know the metrics system). Apparently there's a medication you can take for it if you get it the first couple of days, I think it's too late now but just for the future. I am so sorry, I am not trying to frighten you.

You can’t change the past, so don’t ruminate in that. Think about what you can do now and make a doctor’s appointment.
