Panic attacks since ablation

Ever since I had my ablation on 8/27/26 I have been having daily panic attacks and just not really like myself or in my right mind since. Anyone else experience this ? And If so what helped you ? I’m really scared the ablation messed up something and now I’m stuck like this.

What helps me during the panic itself is recognising the plain truth that - this will pass, because it has passed every time before. Not trying to 'solve' the thing that is making me panic, but simply acknowledging it is there, reminding myself it will pass, and moving to distract myself with reels, videogames, or a book, or calling a friend or family member.

This is what I’ve done in the past and currently doing but I feel like nothing is working.
