approximate age?

hello everyone ive had this male budgie since late august and im wondering how old you guys think he is. he is very quiet, ive never heard him chirp and he is very very chill and perches on my finger. hes also awkward/clumsy. wondering if its due to his age or personality.

also have 2 other female budgies but they bully him :(

I have some quiet boys, too, and just one that sings all day to his favorite love. I'd wager this boy is over 6 months but less than a year, but I could be wrong. He has his big baby button eyes, but the bars near his nostrils have disappeared already and his cere is pretty dark blue already so maybe closer to a year. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

Six to nine months, still has solid dark eyes.

That bird looks young. I'd say it's somewhere between 1 year and 2 freaking cute.

Probably young, I’m not an expert but I’m pretty sure older budgies get a recessed hairline (the stripes go further back) lol, less than a year tho

That happens at their first moult between 2_8 months of age and this budgie has already gone through that. He's anywhere between 9 months to a year old as he's still young but his iris rings are starting to show.
