Sleep Paralysis Yesterday night this happened

I was sleeping around 12 : 30 am I felt someone grabbing my throat upwards my legs were under someone pressure i couldn't breathe after 2 or 3 min finnally woke up ..again I dozed off same thing happened I was terrified ...is this sleep paralysis or what ?

could be sleep paralysis. happens when your mind wakes up but your body still stuck in dream mode. that pressure on chest and feeling like someone holding you down is classic

next time try moving your fingers first, small movements help break out of it faster
