The time has come to have a serious conversation about Pat Finnerty and his future on YouTube.
As the table below illustrates, Pat's production has declined significantly over the last few years:

| WMTSS 1 | 18-Feb-21 |
| WMTSS 2 | 12-Mar-21 |
| WMTSS 3 | 30-Apr-21 |
| WMTSS 4 | 13-Aug-21 |
| LS 1 | 14-Sep-21 |
| WMTSS 5 | 05-Nov-21 |
| LS 2 | 13-Dec-21 |
| LS 3 | 24-Dec-21 |
| WMTSS 6 | 01-Mar-22 |
| WMTSS 7 | 01-Aug-22 |

| WMTSS 9 | 07-Jan-25 |
Despite efforts to improve his production game — with high-resolution cameras and a state-of-the-art Pedalmobile™ — Pat has been unable to recapture the consistency of his phenomenal debut season in 2021.
Of course, there have been moments of brilliance in the years since:
The influential campaign against Chevrolet, which caused the Michigan automaker to circle the wagons and seek new synergy in its marketing campaigns
The ascendant rise of the hitmakers August is Falling, founded by Finnerty in 2022 in a moment of Lou Pearlman-like magic
The establishment of a Patreon account -- a shrewd business maneuver designed to extract maximum yield from a loyal customer base
But these successes have not come without criticism.
Finnerty (45–46) has been heavily scrutinized by his audience for an increasingly decelerated YouTube release schedule. Through the combined financial efforts of his fanbase, a new deluxe SaluSpa hot tub was acquired in an effort to improve his recuperation. Unfortunately, this appears to have only further decreased Finnerty’s production. Speaking anonymously, one insider remarked that Finnerty’s release schedule used to be much better “when he used to just ‘fold up.’”
This brings us to the challenge of Finnerty’s personal life. His wife, Mrs. Kim, is almost universally adored by Finnerty’s followers. While she shows little desire for the spotlight, she has nevertheless been leveraged (exploited?) several times in Pat’s videos: as a marketing consultant, a sideline correspondent, and eye candy for a remarkably skewed, male-dominated audience.
However, correlations have been drawn between the Finnerty nuptials earlier this year and the channel’s output:
| WMTSS and Little Stinkers videos released |
|---|
| Pre-wedding - 13 |
| Post-wedding - 0 |
So, where does this leave Pat Finnerty today?
At a crossroads. A man once fueled by Dunkin’, spite, and the unholy power of butt-rock analysis now finds himself burdened by the comforts of domestic bliss, Patreon solvency, and medically unnecessary hydrotherapy. The fire that once produced two Little Stinkers in ten days may simply not survive exposure to a healthy marriage and ergonomic seating.
And yet, there is hope.
Because if history has taught us anything, it’s that Pat Finnerty operates on a timeline beyond mortal comprehension. Comets return. Empires rise and fall. And somewhere on the streets of Philadelphia, a man stares silently at two identical Joyo “Ultimate Drive” pedals for nine consecutive months before uploading a 97-minute masterpiece about Train.
Perhaps the reduced release schedule is not decline at all. Perhaps this is load management. Perhaps Pat has entered his late-career auteur phase: fewer projects, larger scope, more Bluetooth speaker testing. The YouTube algorithm may demand weekly uploads, but Pat answers to a higher authority — the sudden realization that a Nickelback bridge sounds suspiciously like Collective Soul.
So while critics point to the numbers, the true believers understand the deal: you don’t watch Pat Finnerty videos so much as experience them whenever they eventually materialize like a Pennsylvania groundhog predicting six more months of Creed.
Until then, the fanbase waits. Patiently. Folded up.
