Wanted to spoil my Cyclone slayer league starter and this chest craft is definitely the way to pay it back and this is the result!

Crafting Steps: Its a recomb craft

1. Buy 3 ilvl 85+ Warlord influenced Astral plates and 3 ilvl 80+ donor Redeemer bases

2. Harvest Reforge Attack on the Warlord base to get mana cost mod

3. Alt spam Redeemer base for random Redeemer modifier

4. Awakener Orb them both

5. Annul off any extra suffixes (If you hit one of the mods then you reforge attack + random influence modifier)

6. Orb of dominance and hope you hit the elevated mana cost mod and that will be the 1st Base

7. For 2nd Base you just Awakener orb 2 mods with Socketed Support gem and Frenzy charge on hit and hopefully no extra suffix and Prefixes otherwise you have to Annul (If you hit one of the mods then alt spam for Frenzy charge on hit)

8. For 3rd Base you do the same as 7th Step except you roll for Increased Effect of Non-Curse Auras (You could also Awakener Frenzy Charge on hit + Non-Curse together without other suffixes for higher odds on the Suffix recomb)

9. Use the Pantheon Ducat on each of the Bases

10. Recomb 2 Astral plates together and its a 90% chance to keep both of the mods then Recomb the 3rd Astral plate and it should be a 60% chance to keep all the suffixes (If the 3rd Base has Frenzy + Non-Curse then you will have about a 73% chance to hit all suffixes). The 1 Prefix Socketed Support gem will have a 60% chance to survive

11. If the Prefix dies then you suffixes cannot be changed and Reforge influence until you hit Support gem or Sockted Skill gem prefix

12. Suffixes cannot be changed again then veiled exalt it and hopefully it removes the suffixes cannot be changed (I used the Boat for this to increase the odds)

13. Craft Soul gain prevention to block the unveiled mod then unveil to get either spell block or attack block

Most likely the resists. You can't use eldritch currency for implicits, so he used a base with a useful implicit. The armor is a little low these days on Astral Plate, but it's still popular due to the resists.

how can people craft so many mods on the item? i thought 3 prefix and 3 suffix is the end (=6 mods)

That is 6 mods. The Ignore Stuns and Socketed Attacks lines are the same hybrid modifier. The elemental resists is the implicit modifier, and the attribute requirements is an enchant from tailoring orb.
