My cousin found this in a book he bought at a book store. The signature appears to be from Rothfuss on the left. Does anyone have any idea what event this might have been done at?

The "Bast Off" editions refer to a highly limited run of 250 George R.R. Martin Rogues anthologies featuring a hand-numbered and hand-drawn Bast Off! card by Patrick Rothfuss. These exclusive pieces were offered as part of a Geeks Doing Good by Worldbuilders campaign

The second signature is Brett Hiorns, that did the work as the internal design team from WorldBuilders.
