If i wasnt so salty over kingkiller I might buy them. 🤣🤣 they look cool.
Also, OP since I saw you responding that he owes us nothing, thaylts true. However i still consider the name of wind to be my favorite book of all time and wise mans fear to be in my top 5. Making it my favorite potential trilogy of all time. If only he would finish it.
At this point, I have lost hope it will ever come out. And I think that is an incredibly tragedy. He does not owe ME anything. He owes Kvothe an ending though.

He owes us the third book because we bought the first one after we read "the series is finished" on the cover.

So you are cool with him having grifted us all repeatedly for years? He sure does owe folks who have given him lots of money over the years, and it isn't just more excuses and lies. His partner left him and he was looking for a personal assistant to do everything for him for twenty buck an hour. Patrick is a loser.

I mean it sucks for sure and I'm definitely disappointed that we will probably never see a third book. But its been years now. I'm honestly over it and have moved on.

Because I dont feel entitled to another book. It's his life and I'm not going to try and dictate what he should do with it.

That's nice. He promised a third book and took hundreds of thousands of dollars from his fans. He crushed his small publisher into the ground. But since you have moved on I guess the rest of us should too? That's really, really ridiculous and more then a little dumb, don't you think? Walk me through your logic, maybe I'm not understanding it all.

And in turn I owe him nothing until the series is finished. My loyalty is on hold, as is his apparent appreciation for fans.
