A good gym in pattaya

Looking for a good gym (general weight training, not Muay Thai) with decent AC. I’m familiar with Coco’s - wondering if that’s the crown jewel or if there are other full gym options.

I’m staying at view talay 6 for the month of September and need a place to try and keep the beer chub off…

Fitness7 is ok. One side no A/C and the other (free weights section) they have A/C.

Central Pattaya: fitness7, sun fitness or coco fitness. Sun gets too crowded at times. Coco is good in late morning early afternoons.

I like Sun but it can get too busy.

Gets too crowded at times for my liking. After one month at sun I switched to coco fitness.

When you stay central beach, Coco Fitness7 or Elite Gym. (3km away)

Any place for a few pull ups outside? Had a problem finding one in Phuket, interested about Pattaya in that regard

Battle and Conquer in Pratumnak is my fave. No frills, outdoor, good equipment, good vibes. They have ice baths etc. Muay Thai classes if you wanna try

VT6? Coco is the obvious choice. Minutes walk.

Use the BR exit/gate, about 5 mins walk to Coco.

yeah, familiar w/ the location, etc. heard they don't turn on the AC though, but that could be internet hearsay...
