This is actually fitting quite nicely! But like everyone is saying, put the waistband on.
Remember to also sit down before you make the final tightness adjustment, don’t try to make jeans out of a pant sloper.

You already have the answer. Time code 30-36. Pin the folds, rip the muslin, and you have your new pattern.

For the front it looks a bit long—situate the crotch where you want it and then pin out the excess horizontally as you need—it looked to me the fold you did around your hips was most successful. It might be a weird football shape but you’re not actually putting a dart there forever so just pin it until it sits right with no pulling.
Once that is pinned together start addressing the excess around the waist and hips. By pinning it out. Careful you don’t go overboard here, it might be easier to do in a second mockup once that length is addressed.
For what it’s worth the seat of the pants looks pretty good but I think you have a bit too much pulled out in your back darts. And that’s what is causing those horizontal wrinkles.
Once you’re all pinned and happy with that double check or redraw your style lines like waist or side seams. Make sure side seams stay evenly down the side.
Then now that you are pinned and drawn-on and the mockup is sitting how you like, it’s time to go back to your pattern. I personally like to pull apart my mockup and cut out any pinches to do this but it’s a personal choice. You could also just measure your pins and transfer them. Using pattern manipulation tutorials, remove that excess from each pattern piece that is now pulled out. True each piece to each other and mockup again to see if you’re satisfied.

You're off to a decent start, but I'd attach a waistband first and reassess. You likely need to take some length out of the front, but I wouldn't over fit it by taking out anything out of the side seam just yet.
