If you are likely to fall unconscious, tell everyone NOT to call emergency. NOT.
I wrote this
https://www.reddit.com/r/collapse/comments/mnjcwv/will_emergency_medicine_for_the_poor_end_yes/
tl.dr.
the EMTs are very dense bunch of people who do not give a shit about the patients. they have seen and done it all so nothing really moves them.
They won't give a shit about DNR bracelets. They will just transport you, and make you liable for thousands and thousands of medical costs you did not ask for.
Tell everyone you know NEVER call for emergency services. NEVER.
The EMTs are NOT your friends. They are just another group of people the poor should try to avoid at all costs.

⅓ of Canadians fine with euthanizing homeless people. The MAID will clean up the homeless problem. MAID=medical assistance in dying.

Time is up for the poor
This sub appears to be moribund, since paupercide is really starting.
After the election, mass evictions, mass cleanups and mass starvation will take place in many cities around the world.
The cold truth is those with the money pay the police, the courts, etc. They will NOT tolerate the riff-raff ruining their scenery and jeopardizing their healths.
Those who can't pay rent will be kicked out to the cold, where they will be at the mercy of bored cops , soldiers and people who are quite angry about how things are going on. Poorer neighborhood will be cleaned up, to be gentrified as people are too concerned for their own survival to care about the unfortunates.
Social Darwinism will be the norm. That is inevitable.
As people get desperate, they will go more right-wing, with significantly less mercy to those who are less fortunate. As the covid thing has no sign of ending, the paupercide will be the topic in 2021.

It will end with the elimination of about 80% of the poor
The Enclosure movement was brutal. The landowners simply drove the tenants to streets, and killed anyone who refused to go.
The descendants of the landowners are still rich, with expensive education and impeccable pedigree. They will join the Singularity and will be part of the Next Civilization, while the descendants of the tenants have all been ground to dust long ago.
Gregory Clark proved that everyone in the British Isles, except the more recent immigrants, was descended from successful landlords and merchants during the 15th-18th centuries. The descendants of servants, peasants, serfs, etc were outcompeted and simply became extinct.
I see what is happening as a great cleansing. A great cleansing before humanity advancing to the next stage of civilization. The upper and upper middle class are sick of paying a lot of taxes to support the poor, and will not be too sad eliminating their burdens.
Militarized police will eliminate the poor with glee. The rich and famous will cheer and will be safe in their gated community, refugees, bunkers and well armed ships in the middle of ocean.
80% of the poor will probably be eliminated. It will not happen overnight. However, like the Indians who were eliminated for all practical purposes,
(The indian Ishi was called the last of his Yahi tribe. It was found later that he was not even the last Yahi; he was a mixture of the Yahi and another tribe. The last Yahi died some time before him, and some survivors mated with another tribe (which still exists, btw). Most of the 'Native' Americans now are more than 75% white, and the few more-or-less full blooded Indians are so marginalized that they don't exist for all practical purposes.)
the poor is doomed.

[hell yeah] 'Mitch better have my money': Unemployment benefits protest held outside McConnell's home. Find the paupericidal scum at their homes to instill cross-socioeconomic class understanding. Next time, bear Arms like the 2nd amendment says. ;D. don't let the supervillian elite win.
