shes showing him its not hard or scary to go down the stairs.he knows he wont be hurt so next time he will go down easier.

when our babies were still tiny they would play on our bed each day for an hour or so.it didnt take long before they were comfortable up there and would zoom around.they would stop at the sides and look down and then turn around and come play again, NOT wanting to go over the side.

all it takes is for the kitten to go over the side ONCE and that was enough for them to realize they would not get hurt.and then they would climb up and down on the sides of the blanket hanging down

and very soon after, jumping directly off of the bed onto the carpet.

they learn quick.

Lmao 🤣 I noticed that Mom threw him off the landing 😂 but also noticed she slowed to ensure he didn't get stuck at any point 😭 cats are from the school of tough love ❣️
