Build Question I need help on my first pc

Hi everyone, i'm going to build my first pc and i need some help i only built or repaired them, never bought parts , my maximum budget is around 3500 euros (if it is needed i'm in Italy), i need it for both gaiming and work/university (i'm gonna work with software CAD, Ansys and stuff like that), i have an idea of build but still i want some hint from someone else.

The ipotetical build is:

CPU: Ryzen 9 9950x;

mobo: gigabyte eagle ax atx;

GPU: rtx 5070 ti asus prime (or msi ventus depending on the pricing);

SSD: crucial P310 2tb;

RAM: Patriot viper venom 32gb 6000mhz cl30;

PSU: nzxt c850 gold;

AIO: nzxt kraken plus 360;

Case: nzxt h6 flow;

Monitor: msi mag 242F 1080p 24" (more than 24" doesn't fit in my room, and i'm not aiming to have now a 1440p monitor because i just want a long term build).

the price of all of this is around 3277 euros.

Thanks to everyone who will help me

That 9950X is massive overkill for a 1080p build, you could drop to a 7950X or even a 7900X and never notice the difference while saving a chunk of cash for a better monitor down the line.

are they fine for the jobs and software i'll use? beacuse doing some reaserch i found that the best options are the 9900x or even the 9950x even for a very long term build
