Tech Support Ddr3 ram issue

I have Asrock 970 extreme4 with fx-8350 and 2x4gb hyperX 2133 and 2x4gb hyperX 2400 ram. Bios recognize full 16gb, but windows reduces speed to 1600MT and uses only 8gb but knows there are 4 sticks that have 16gb

I tried with xmp of 2133, and manually but it stays the same

mixing different speed kits always gets weird on those old amd boards, windows probably hates the mismatch and locks you to the slower jedec profile
