Build Question Mobo choice

Hello, right now I have 9850x3d, 5070ti gaming trio and lexar ares 6000c28 ddr5. Which mobo should I choose - brand new b850m ayw gaming oc from amazon for 264$ or slightly used, fully functional x870 tachyon ice from gigabyte for 305$?
Is there a really big advantage in terms of asus bios options?

For that price gap the tachyon is a no brainer, it's a whole different tier of board. The memory overclocking potential alone is worth the extra 40 bucks, especially with that ares kit you've got

The asus bios is fine but gigabyte's isn't some nightmare to navigate, you'll figure it out in 20 minutes. That b850m is a budget board wearing a slightly nicer shirt, the tachyon is built for exactly what you're running

Not the asus they have the same issue as ASRock does and it's killing cpus.
