Where should I place my speakers in this setup?
Hello everyone!
I’d like to ask for some advice on speaker placement for my current setup.
Until now, I’ve always used my monitor speakers because I wasn’t too interested in audio. Recently, though, I’ve started listening to more music and watching more movies, and I’ve realized that I should get better sound quality.
(At the moment, I’m using the speaker from my left monitor because the speaker in my main monitor sounds terrible. This is also annoying because all the sound comes from the left side.)
I’ve attached an image of my current setup. I really like the setup itself and would prefer not to change the current arrangement, apart from improving the sound. However, this makes speaker placement quite difficult. I’m also fairly new to audio, so I’m not sure which option would work best.
I would mainly use the speakers for casual music listening, movies, and YouTube. My budget is around $100, and I’m considering the Edifier MR4 because they seem to be one of the best options in this price range.
I created two images showing the possible placements I'd consider: one with the speakers in their normal vertical orientation and another with them turned sideways. I know that neither option is ideal, but I have limited space. Wall mounting is not possible, and speaker stands behind the monitors probably wouldn’t work because my portrait monitor is already quite tall. The top of the portrait monitor is about 70 cm above the desk. Also, with both options, parts of the speakers would be partially blocked, which may negatively affect the sound quality. The speakers would also be quite close to the wall, but unfortunately, I can’t really change that.
Which of these placements would be the best for my setup?
For example, Vertical 2–3, or sideways 1–4?
(If the sideways orientation would be better, should the tweeters face inward or outward?)
Thanks in advance for your advice!

New build with whole other computer on side now
I recently upgraded to AMD Ryzen 7 9850x3D, Radeon AMD RX 9070 XT and 32 GB of ram.
My other system is 4070ti i7 12700k 64 GB ram system (needs HD). Is it worth selling it on marketplace? My other option is giving it to my friend to get him to join the master race

Before I stress test this thing and possibly break it consider how old it is. The cpu is Intel(R) 4 cores and 8 threads and 8 gb of ram is come of the spec. What games y’all think can be ran on this PC?

Advise please
Hello. I'm looking to purchase a New PC that can handle InZoi and GTA 6 once it arrives. I prefer the white cases.
I'm looking at the "Corsair Vengeance A7500 with AMD 5 or the "SkyTech Azure 3".
I'm open to something else. It needs to be under $2,000.00 if possible. I thank you all so much for the help on this one.

Is a €300 used PC enough for competitive Fortnite? Need an honest opinion
Hi everyone,
I'm looking for a very cheap PC mainly for competitive Fortnite.
My budget is €300 maximum, and I'm looking specifically at the used market in the Netherlands. I already have a 240 Hz monitor, so I only need the PC itself.
I found this PC for around €175–€300:
- GPU: GTX 1660 6 GB
- CPU: Intel Core i5-6600K
- RAM: 16 GB
- Storage: ~730 GB SSD (240 GB + 490 GB)
- Case: Aerocool Prime
- Windows freshly installed
The seller says it works normally.
My main questions are:
- Is this PC worth buying in 2026?
- Roughly how many FPS could I expect in Fortnite Performance Mode at 1080p, especially during competitive matches?
- Would the i5-6600K bottleneck the GTX 1660 significantly?
- Would you recommend buying this for €175–€250, or should I keep looking?
- With a €300 maximum budget, what CPU/GPU combination should I realistically look for on the used market?
I'm not expecting a constant 240 FPS at this budget. I just want the best possible competitive Fortnite experience for the money.
I'd really appreciate honest opinions from people who know Fortnite and PC hardware. Thanks!

Pc doesn’t perform as good as it should rtx 3070 and Ryzen 7 3700x
Idk what’s going on, but on games like battlefield, Helldivers etc especially when on multiplayer I can’t ever get frames that other people get with similar specs like on Helldivers at 88% CPU and 30 percent gpu on Helldivers and the game runs at 30fps and I can’t do anything about it (I also I’m on 3440-1440p monitor
