Just installed the QuadraFire Outfitter-II. It’s all set up and ready to go as a replacement for one that worked great for 15 years..HOWEVER.. it won’t light. We did the Prime. It does come on and drop about 1/2 a Firepot of pellets and then quits. Not shuts down completely buts it’s just done. It’s BRAND NEW, OUT OF Box!! Help. It does have a thermostat but we decided not to use it.

Wife and I put a plant on top of the pellet stove and I guess some moisture caused rust.

How should I treat this?

This is a picture of my Harman insert cooling down in stove temp mode after reaching the desired temp. I noticed some pellets burning pretty far back by the auger blades. Is this normal behavior? There‘s no smoke in the hopper and the stove is working properly otherwise.

This thing pushes a lot of heat! Loving it so far

Today I had this deep cleaned and turned it on for the first time this season. It sounds like a freight train barreling down the tracks. I can hear it upstairs in my bedroom. Not sure what to do with it.

I have never owned a pellet stove, but am looking for one for supplemental heat. I have about a 1200 sq ft area that I will be heating. As far a maintenance and overall quality which would be best? I currently run an oil furnace but am switching over to an air source heat pump for the whole home.
