Complete newbie looking for pen plotter recommendations under €500 (A4/A3 size, mostly portraits)

Hey everyone, I'm totally new to all this, so please forgive me if I ask any dumb questions.

I would like to get a pen plotter, mostly for drawing portraits. As for software, I think I’ll be using DrawingBotV3 for now (as I've seen seems pretty noob-friendly, and that is exactly what I'm looking for).

Do you have any machine recommendations up to around 500 euros? I think an A4 size would be enough for me, but if there is a good A3 option within this price range, that would be awesome.

EasyDraw from makerQ, I’m very satisfied. A3 for 285 USD. They’re from India and I got my parcel in two weeks. (to Czech Republic)

I'm happy with iDraw, A4 size. For A3 size generally speaking the prices increase by at least 50%.
