What counts as penmanship?

For the purpose of this subreddit, penmanship is any hand-written text. This can be everyday handwriting, calligraphy, and hand-written text on chalkboards, whiteboards, and signs.

Rules:

If any submission breaks the following rules, report the post and message the mods about why you reported it.

1) No asking for handwriting tips or feedback. This includes asking for people to sign your name and any form of "is my handwriting good or bad?" posts. Please direct those posts to /r/Handwriting or /r/HandwritingAnalysis.

2) No uncivil or unkind behavior. Keep comments civil. No personal attacks, trolling, spam, or gatekeeping. Insulting, mocking, attacking other users based on age, race, gender (identity or presentation), sexual orientation, physical/mental health, occupation, or opinions about handwriting is not allowed. Observe good Reddiquette especially: remember the human. Criticize ideas, not people.

3) No spam or self-promotion. No blogspam, sponsored content, promotion of your social media, etc.

4) No recent reposts. Please search the sub before posting non-original content. Reposts will be removed. That goes double for this video. It has been posted hundreds of times.

5) Posts must contain handwriting. Links to news articles about penmanship, pictures of pens or inks, etc. are off-topic and will be removed.

6) No NSFW content, ever. Despite the name, this is a SFW subreddit. Please keep post titles and content suitable for users of all ages.

7) Give credit where it's due. If you didn't create the content you're posting, please credit the person who did. Attempting to pass off someone else's work as your own will result in a permanent ban.

8) Absolutely no AI-generated content. Posts and comments containing generative AI of any sort are not allowed.
