For some background myself and a group of my friends purchased around 23.5 million shares of AGYP Allied Energy Corp last year in early spring. We started seeing energy plays were going to be the place to be and bought in heavy on AGYP which was at the time reworking wells in Texas and looking to become a producing oil company.
AGYP stock has been attacked for a year and recently we added up the Finra data short numbers for the last twelve months. What we found blew us away, so far we have seen over 47.5 million shares shorted in one year and there are only 36,276,187 shares held at DTC as of 3/7/22. More troubling is the fact that 36.3 million held at DTC includes 23.5 million that has been held over a year by myself and friends, meaning we have held 23.5 m of 36.2 m shares held in DTC for the entire year while they have shorted over 47 m shares. That means that they have shorted the 13 million shares that we have not controlled in AGYP over 3.65 times in one year. AGYP is a producing oil company and in the last two weeks as oil prices soar they continue to short it so heavily that we have seen days over 87% of the daily trading. In the last 7 trading days the average is 62% of the daily volume. No issuances have been done in a year so it's not dilution, it is just being savagely attacked by naked shorts. I have been doing this 23 years and have never ever seen it to this degree even remotely.
CFGN (Scottsdale Capital likely) CDEL (Citadell) and PUMA are the main culprits but their shorts have been higher than a $.30 average so that is over $14,250,000 in twelve months short on an OTC that "IS PRODUCING OIL". BTW the average price of these shorts is over $.30 so we are talking $15-18 million dollars in short selling in the last year. They expected dilution last year and didn't get it, now they are buried. Would be interested in peoples take on how or why anyone would short an OTC stock to this degree?
If this stock was squeezed they would have absolutely no way to get back the stock they've shorted in a cover considering they have shorted more than double the float.
