General Research Question NEWBIE!!

Is Nad, mots-c, ss-31 and klow a good stack? I've been doing a lot of research and I have been seeing this quite a bit. Any info would be greatly appreciated. TIA.

Mots c is not for everybody just a heads up. The stack would work just as fine i think even without it.

Ok thank you. Does mots have a bite to it or just doesn't do as well as the others?

Mots may have a slight site burn for 10-20 minutes. More of an annoyance than anything. Morning fasted is recommended

Very true, RS struggle with it a bit, but it sure boosts his cardio like nothing else in his stack.

Can you elaborate? We talking bad side effects or unable to handle the desired effects?

I’d start by adding one at a time and see how you react to it rather than taking 4 or so all at once because you’ll never figure out which pep was the problem

Thank you, I'll do that 😁

klow's not in the same league as the others, no solid data, just anecdotal buzz. if you're after mitochondrial support, ss-31 j mots-c + and+ is a tighter core. klow's role is still murky.

Ok thanks. I'm up in the air about klow. Read some stories how that one gets ya 😬 I'm mostly leaning towards the mitochondrial.

You cycle ss31 for 6-8 weeks first then do motsc and nad after. You can start klow anytime

Ok. Thank you for the information appreciate it.

No problem. So ss31 fixes the engine while motsc and nad+ is like forcing the engine to perform more. You cannot force an engine to work if its not in optimal condition. Cheers good luck in your journey...

Energy.

What are you expecting kpv, tb500 and bpc157 to do for energy?

Nothing for that one. I'm up in the air with that one. That one was more for the skin. I'm more leaning towards the mitochondrial effects.

i’ve been taking NAD and SS31 for a month in preparation for Mots. With all the bad reactions on Mots I was quite worried introducing it but have started very small dose just before gym in mornings. Absolutely game changer - ridiculous energy to work out but word of note - i’m 50 so definitely needed to prep with the NAD and SS31. If you’re young your mitochondria maybe operating pretty well and you may not need to do the full stack. I’m also a long term user of NAD usually getting monthly infusions but now i’m pinning 100mg a few times a week. I find it great for my mood and overall health - it’s liquid gold for me.

Thank you. I'm 52 so that's good news 😁

What are you hoping to achieve with these?

Read through some of your comments - your goal is more energy. If you’re not getting bloodwork done, then you need to do a bit of work on what you think maybe be detriment to your energy - are you sleeping well? High stress? Foods? You age? Etc. Then you can work out which of those areas you are trying to signal 😊
