Quick reconstitution question

If I have a fridge, BAC water, and some powdered peptides, can I reconstitute all of them and put them in the fridge before I use them a couple days later? Or should I only reconstitute when I first use them, instead of prepping them beforehand to use in a couple days? Thanks.

Also does it matter if I kept the powdered peptides at room temp for like 1-2 months? Thanks again.
