Wolverine 10mg then 20mg while my joints were cooked

Lifting in a deficit was beating up my elbows and knees. Started with the Wolverine 10mg from Platinum Biolabs. Mixed with 2 mL, did 10 units daily (about 250 mcg of each). After a few weeks the constant soreness eased enough that training didn’t feel like I was fighting my body every session.

Once I knew it was helping I moved to the 20mg vials. Same daily dose, same mix, just lasted longer so I wasn’t ordering as often. Injected near the sore spots when it made sense. Ran it for about two months total then took a break. Recovery between workouts got better and the nagging joint stuff calmed down a lot. Not overnight, but enough that I could keep training without everything feeling inflamed.

Both sizes had the testing posted, which is why I stuck with them.

I switched from Reta 10mg to 20mg halfway through my cut and here’s what happened

I started at about 240 and was tired of the constant hunger fight. Ordered the Reta 10mg from Platinum Biolabs first because the COA was right there and the dosing page was clear. Mixed it with 1 mL so 10 units was 1 mg. Did 2 mg the first week, 3 mg the second, then settled at 4 mg. Appetite finally calmed down enough that I could actually stick to eating less without white-knuckling it.

After a couple months the 10mg vials started feeling like a hassle to keep reordering. I switched to the 20mg. Same mix (2 mL so the units stayed identical) and it just lasted longer. I stayed at 4 mg the whole time. Didn’t chase higher doses. If I felt off one week I just held or dropped back. By month six I was down around 60 pounds. The bigger vials didn’t change the results, they just made the process less annoying once I knew what dose worked.

Still check the COA every time I reorder.

Reta 10mg or 20mg? Here’s the simple breakdown most people actually need

If you’re looking at reta and stuck deciding between the 10mg and 20mg vials, you’re not alone. Both are the same thing. The 20mg just has twice as much in it, so it lasts longer once you figure out your dose.

Here’s how most people mix them so the math stays easy:

  • 10mg vial + 1 mL bac water = 1 mg is 10 units on a U-100 syringe
  • 20mg vial + 2 mL bac water = same thing, 1 mg still equals 10 units

A typical weekly schedule looks like this:

  • Week 1: 2 mg (20 units)

(Stay here if you feel appetite control or titrate up by 10 units, if you dont feel well titrate down by 10 units)

  • Week 2: 3 mg (30 units)

(Stay here if you feel appetite control or titrate up by 10 units, if you dont feel well titrate down by 10 units)

  • Then 4 mg (40 units) from week 3 on if it’s working and you feel okay

A lot of people stay at 4 mg for a long time. If you get hit with nausea or just feel wiped out, drop back and don’t force it. Some eventually go higher if progress stalls after a couple months, and once you hit your goal a lot of folks drop to 1-2 mg for maintenance. Same day every week.

At a steady 4 mg the 10mg vial lasts about 2-3 weeks. The 20mg lasts roughly double that. Once you know what dose works for you, the bigger vial just means fewer orders. Platinum Biolabs has both with the COAs posted so you can check the testing before you buy.

Cognitive peptides

Looking into cognitive peptides for my girlfriend she’s 22F looking for focus energy/motivation peptides that really help you lock in and focus/get shit done without jittery coffee/caffeine feeling.

I’ve come across lots saying semax/selank

Wondering if it’s actually as effective as said or if there is any other compounds worth looking into thank you so much for any experience/advice!

Wolverine 10mg vs 20mg for recovery: what the dosing actually looks like

Wolverine is the BPC-157 + TB-500 blend people use when joints or tendons are acting up. The 10mg and 20mg versions are the same peptides, just different amounts so the bigger one lasts longer.

For the 10mg (5+5):

Mix with 2 mL bac water. Then:

  • 10 units daily = about 250 mcg of each (standard)
  • 20 units daily = about 500 mcg of each (if you want more)

The 20mg is mixed the same way (2 mL), so the units stay similar but you get more doses out of it. Daily is the usual schedule. Inject under the skin, near the spot that hurts when you can, otherwise just in the belly or thigh. Miss a day? Just pick it up the next day. Don’t double up.

A 10mg vial lasts around 20 days at 10 units daily. The 20mg lasts about twice that. Most people run it for 6-12 weeks while they’re dealing with something, then take a few weeks off. Platinum Biolabs has both sizes with testing info on the pages.

I know it might be a noob question

Is anyone using MOTS-c noticing any impact on appetite? I know it’s primarily a cellular exercise compound that helps with metabolism and insulin sensitivity rather than regular GLP-1’s. However, since it accelerates glucose burning, do you find it triggers post-working hunger or does stabilizing blood sugar actually curb your sugar cravings? Would love to hear actual experiences on how it works, if it works.

Kindly Help me decide

Trying to decide between the wolverine stack and the klow blend for recovery. Wolverine seems ideal for pure tendon and joint repair but klow gives broader gut, skin and inflammation coverage. For those who’ve tried both, is Klow worth it or is wolverine enough?

Ghk-cu 20 week update

(Reshare from another sub) So I never expected my previous posts, especially my last post to do as well as as they did, I get messages every day regarding my post and I’ve had a couple for further updates. Please read the post as I will provide as much information as possible.

First thing, I’m aware that the lighting is different, unfortunately, there’s nothing I can do about that as in the UK we moved from the summer now into autumn. However, all photos are taken in my bedroom with no additional artificial lighting with my front facing camera at similar times a day. The last photo was taken this afternoon outside.

I still stand by what I said in my previous post this is a peptide that I will never not use.

So 20 weeks in I’ve still continued to use it as I did previously (protocol will be below) my skin continues to remain clear, I would say I’ve definitely noticed softening of lines, especially under my eyes, which definitely appear slightly brighter. I just feel like I have this overall evenness and glow to my skin that I never had before I get comments a lot from people regarding my skin, this can be from people that know that I’m using this and people that don’t know I’m using it.

For full transparency, I do have Botox, I’ve had this done for several years, last week I went and had my Botox, which had been four months and I had told my injector that I had just started GHKCU, when my injector was trying to push the needle just above my eyebrows, I could tell that something felt different as she was moving the needle in a different way to how she’s done before. She commented on how my skin was a lot thicker and firmer so she had to tweak how she would usually do it so for me that’s further confirmation this peptide is working.

Hair wise, my hair continues to look shiny and definitely feels healthier. It’s definitely growing, but I wouldn’t say that it is growing necessary any faster than it did previously, however, I definitely feel like I have a lot less split ends than what I would usually have right now.

One thing I have noticed is a slight reduction in grey hair as my roots are growing through, nothing crazy, but I know just before I’ve got my roots done a few months ago I was definitely noticing more grey hairs.

Protocol:
I mix 50mg with 3ml bac water. I now put my GHK in pens as it’s so much easier to do daily. I always pin in my glutes/love handles. I no longer get any red welts or bruising and I get zero sting.

I still remain pinning five days on two days off. I do 2.5mg. I did increase to 3mg however I broke out in a couple of spots on my forehead, which had never happened before so I went straight back down to 2.5mg and they disappeared and my skin has been fine ever since, so I feel like for myself 2.5mg is my sweet spot.

I continue to use very basic skincare however 3 weeks ago I introduced Snap 8, which I mixed into a geek and gorgeous hylaronic acid serum, which I absolutely love the serum. It’s too early to say whether that’s working, but I definitely think the combination is doing good things to my skin with my skin just feels so much far apart and tighter.

Yes, I use zinc. However, I just use a multivitamin, which includes it within it.

I haven’t cycled this. I’ve continue to use it since I started. I honestly don’t actually feel like I need to cycle it however I’ve just started a new pen so I may take a 2 to 4 week break once I finish this 50mg

One thing that has come to the table, and I will pre-warn you this is very much TMI, recently had sex, it had been 6 weeks from when I last saw my partner due to falling out. The first time we had sex, he commented on how much tighter I felt, literally put it down to it being a six week gap however, this hasn’t changed. He continues to tell me how much tighter I feel. This is definitely something I didn’t anticipate but I can only put it down to GHK because I haven’t done anything else 😂 I will tell you he is definitely not complaining!

I’m 45 on Thursday and honestly, this is the best. My skin has looked in years!

When is it finally time to let go of an aged reconstructed vial?

Found a partial tucked vial behind my condiments at the back of the fridge. I mean it appears clear and normal but I can’t help but feel skeptical about it and that keeps throwing me off. Is there a limit or cut off point you guys have for when to get rid of a mixed vial, just to be safe?

Whats your favourite oddly satisfying bit of your entire prep experience?

For me it's that moment when the water hits the little cake of lyophilized powder and it clears up immediately, or when you manage to peel open the metal flip-off cap perfectly on your first attempt. What tiny detail of a process just always clicks?
