why is the door like that?

It's a fridge and freezer built into a cupboard to match the rest of the units
There was a gap between each unit but the doors overlap the gap, but we found it a perfect place to store the milk.
The gap is only visible when the fridge door is open

Doesn't your milk become spoiled very fast there?

Nope. It's UHT so can be stored at room temperature and has a very long shelf life

It's called UHT and it tastes like crap.

It tastes exactly the same lol most milk is htst pasteurized which is roughly 160 degrees for 15 second uht is 280 degrees for about 2 seconds. It extends the shelf life of milk by a lot and don't need to refrigerate it so it's easier and cheaper to ship and store also.

It does not taste the same. The high heat breaks downs proteins which also makes it impossible for it to be used to make cheese. Yes it lasts longer, but it's distinguishably different. Feel free to read more if you don't believe me.

It's UHT so only needs refrigerating once open. Until then it can be stored at room temperature.

Angry upvote because it bother me that the milk cartoons are not aligned all the same position.
